If after all tests have                                                                been completed your product is found not to pass,                                                                we will give you tips on what we think will solve                                                                the problem. All our test engineers have design                                                                and manufacturing experience and can help in                                                                solving technical problems which may arise during                                                                the testing process. Telephone contact with a                                                                member of our engineering team can be arranged                                                                to discuss the matter in person with you.                                                                Alternatively, you may request our design                                                                consultancy team to work with your engineer,                                                                 investigate the problem in more detail and report                                                                back with suggested design modifications. It may                                                                even be possible to implement modifications on                                                                your behalf and continue testing your product.
