project is scheduled the moment your order is received,
before your product arrives in the UK. A design
checking 'pre-test' service is also offered to speed-up
certification before your product goes into
production. Technical problems which might prevent
CE Marking are detected and reported back
to you along with our recommendations for corrective
action. Customer Care Before
laboratory tests are performed at Cranage, the
test engineer assigned to your project undertakes
a visual inspection of your product. If indications
are that it will fail, we will recommend a
suitable course of action. If after all tests have been
completed your product is found not to pass, we
will give you tips on what we think will solve the
problem. All our test engineers have design and
manufacturing experience and can help in solving
technical problems which may arise during the
testing process. Telephone contact with a member
of our engineering team can be arranged to
discuss the matter in person with you. Alternatively,
you may request our design consultancy
team to work with your engineer, investigate
the problem in more detail and report back
with suggested design modifications. It may even
be possible to implement modifications on your
behalf and continue testing your product.
