are adapted to fit in with your production timescales.
A design checking 'pre-test' service is also offered to reduce
the risk of failure.

Rapid Solutions All
our test engineers are from design and manufacturing backgrounds
and are experienced in identifying, locating and solving
technical problems. To ensure that testing can be resumed
as quickly as possible in the event of a problem, we maintain
a large stock of filters, shielding materials and electronic
components which can be applied at a moments notice
- what we don't have can usually be obtained the next day.
Our mechanical engineering workshop can prototype special
parts and provide machining operations on an as required
basis.
Customer Care Prior
to performing compliance tests, the test engineer assigned to
your project undertakes a visual examination of your product noting
anything which might prevent the affixation of the CE Mark.
If in our opinion there is a risk of it failing some of the tests,
we will telephone you and discuss a suitable course of action.
If after all tests have been completed the sample is found
not to pass, we will give you tips on what we think will solve
the problem. If appropriate, you may request our design consultancy
team to investigate the problem in more detail and report
back with detailed proposals for corrective action. Subsequently,
it may be possible to implement modifications on your
behalf and continue testing your product on the basis that you
intend to incorporate the necessary modifications in production
and re-submit a sample of the product for our final inspection.
